Roving

For the next few days (2 weeks to be exact), I will be roving about Northern Thailand. Yesterday we went to Chiangkhong and visited a small fishers village along the Mekong River at the Ing tributary called Baan Pak Ing which means village at the mouth of the Ing river.

Today I will be going to Thaton to see the "long-necked" Karen Paduang show village which a group is working on. Their research question is "where are the men". Very interesting topic.

I just finished up Marissa's birthday present and going to mail it out now.
